However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request a refund or replacement within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a refund, customers must provide valid proof of purchase along with images or videos of the issue. Once the returned product is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed through the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days. Please note that products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in proper packaging. We do not accept refund requests for items that are damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or wear and tear. Custom orders or specially procured items are non-refundable unless proven faulty.
